  • Twice daily cleaning
  • Visit dentist at least yearly
  • Do not eat sweets

  • Regular bath with soap and water
  • Twice daily if you can.
  • Wash hair once weekly
  • Do not re-use yesterday’s undies today
  • Proper perineal hygiene, esp women
  • Proper menstrual hygiene
  • Preferably be clean shaven
  • Not expensive but clean clothes
  • Appropriate footwear for season

ENVIRONMENTAL HYGIENE

  • Your env, like your clothes, dont need to be expensive but neat
  • Neat env promotes proper spiritual reflections
  • Stagnant water
  • Bushes
  • Remove accident causing objects
  • Use clean water only
  • Kitchen hygiene standards
  • Proper waste management
  • Human Waste
